The Account Director serves as the primary liaison between the agency and its clients, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of client objectives with the agency’s services. This role is pivotal in managing key accounts, driving strategy, and delivering integrated digital solutions across marketing, branding, social media, web development, and other digital services. The Account Director leads a team of account managers to exceed client expectations, foster long-term relationships, and contribute to the agency’s growth and profitability. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic planning, leadership, and a deep understanding of digital trends to deliver impactful and measurable results for clients.
Responsibilities
