We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the agency's growth by identifying new business opportunities, securing new clients, and fostering long-term relationships. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and proven success in business development and sales. The ideal candidate will also be adept at analyzing market trends to identify opportunities, and will work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects. A focus on driving revenue and exceeding targets is essential to success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify new market segments and target audiences through research.
  • Prospect for potential clients through networking and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding client experiences
  • Develop and maintain strategic connections with industry leaders to gain visibility in prominent vendor databases

Must Have

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital agency.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership experience, with a focus on team management and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the Gulf region market.
  • Established network within the industry and decision-maker
