Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and oversee office maintenance.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and office events while managing correspondence.
  • Maintain and update office policies, procedures, and contact lists.
  • Support recruitment processes, onboarding, and personnel record management.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Facilitate employee training sessions and support cross-departmental collaboration.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • 1+ years of experience in office administration or management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating training or development programs.
